Guide to current delivery options

For shipping 3coty® natural wet cat food, we have chosen to work predominantly with DHL. They offer a range of services which provide you, our customers, various options in terms of price, delivery speed and location. For some destinations, we also use other another partner as their services complement those of DHL. For countries outside the continent, we use Postal Services.

The DHL services fall into two broad categories:

• DHL Parcel – which in some countries uses the local postal service for the last delivery section, in others delivers to your door themselves, and in others only to a local parcel point.
• DHL Express D2D (door to door) – which is always delivered to your address by DHL staff.

The table below shows an approximate price and delivery speed for the services we use. DHL update their prices each month, please refer to the options and pricing at the check-out for the current pricing.

Rather than reward only customers who make large orders with reduced shipping costs, we have decided to cover about half the cost of shipping ourselves.  All the prices you see here and on the check-out page are already discounted.

If your parcel is in any way damaged when you receive it DO NOT ACCEPT it. Please initiate the DHL reclamation process for damage during delivery.
